Step of Faith Ministry Building Project

As we enter into a new season as a church, we are excited to see of God has already prepared for Step of Faith Ministry and our community. Through our twenty-two years as pastors, we have experienced Gods faithfulness. From our humble beginnings when we church planted Step of Faith Ministry with my wife and 2 children to hosting 3 services on Sunday with over 800 attendees.
Due to our rapid growth we have outgrown our current facilities, which has propel our to purchase 12 acres in Fort Myers in 2023 and currently believing God to build a 40,000sq.ft state-of-art facility with 1,500 seat capacity. Our projected cost to make this dream a reality is $12,000,000 and with your generosity, together we can continue to provide salvation, hope and freedom in our community and abroad for years to come.
Bricklayers Offering is an opportunity to continue God’s story. To invest in an eternal return. We stand on generations of faithful farmers, planting their seeds of faith. Now it’s our turn to tend the fields. We know no single person can change a city, but collectively, our surrendered seed to God can bear much fruit.

OUR HISTORY
THE BEGINNING
On January 12, 2003, being led by the Holy Spirit, Pastors Benjamin and Analiz Flecha started Step of Faith in the fellowship hall of First Christian Church in Cape Coral.
YEARS LATER
As the years past, Pastor Benjamin and Analiz Flecha have truly taken many steps of faith in order to position the church where it is. Step of Faith has helped over 10,000 people locally with food, clothing, school supplies and employment. Step of faith has also gone on mission's trip to Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Belize, Costa Rica, Honduras, and Mexico, where they have also helped feed and clothe over 50,000 people.
PRESENT DAY
Step of Faith Ministry has seen an exponential amount of growth within the last year which has now led us to believe God for the construction of a 40,000 sq. ft. building on 12 acres.

Throughout these past 22 years, Step of Faith has partnered with local agencies by having different events to better equip our citizens to live more productive lives. In 2012, Step of Faith Ministry was recognized by the Southwest Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as the Ministry of the Year

GROWTH
In April of 2013 the Lord led Pastors Benjamin and Analiz Flecha to start a second service in English, being that they are both very fluent in English. Since then, the English service has 300 assisting and growing. Step of Faith Ministry is truly a multicultural church with people from over 20 different nationalities attending on any given Sunday

Our Values
If we are not motivated by God's love, then all of our efforts will not stand the test of time.
We must walk by faith and not by sight. We are instructed to walk in complete obedience to God even when our circumstances tell us different. As we do so, our faith will be rewarded greatly.
We must walk in righteousness, in honesty, and do our very best in pursuing to live each day morally and ethically as Jesus did.
We are a congregation with a special purpose. We strongly believe that God has a special purpose with each of us, as well as our church. Our task is to find our purpose and make it a reality.
God gave His best for all humanity; therefore, it is our responsibility to give Him the best that we have.
We believe the body of Christ is the voice of the prophet, and it should be heard throughout our community. Our Lord is one of justice and we must do our part to defend justice.
Jesus said that the world would know us to be His disciples if we love one another. Therefore, let us do everything to be in complete unity and love with one another.

We are now believing God to build a 40,000 sq. ft. building with a seating capacity of 1,500 people. The price to build is $12,000,000. To begin the construction process, we need $3,000,000.
